Privacy policy

Scope

This policy covers the SDAONE iOS app (the "app") published under the name SDAONE. It does not cover third-party websites you reach by following a link out of the app.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the app. There is no account to create, and the app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any identifier. It contains no analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting or tracking software of any kind, and it does not use the advertising identifier.

Information stored on your device

The app keeps one ledger file inside its own container on your device. It holds your practice state:

• virtual balances of the spot and perp pools, and moves between them
• spot holdings, perp positions, carries and resting orders
• every fill, funding-rate payment and balance point the desk has recorded
• your watchlist, the haptics preference and whether the welcome card has been shown

This file is created on first launch, updated as you use the desk, and deleted when you uninstall the app. Start fresh in Settings clears it and restores the opening balances. The app does not upload this file.

Prices and market data

Spot prices, perp mark prices, basis and funding rates are generated on your device by a deterministic function of the listing and the clock. The app does not request quotes from any exchange or data provider, and the fourteen listings are fictional names created for the app. The app does not download market data and does not report usage to us.

Sharing and export

The History screen can export your practice fills as a CSV file through the system share sheet. The file is created on demand from the ledger on your device; where it goes after that is your choice; the app does not send it to us.

Links out of the app

Settings links to this privacy policy, the terms of use and a support email address. Web pages open in an in-app Safari view and are served by our hosting provider, which may log standard request data such as your IP address in the ordinary way web servers do. Email you send to support is handled by our mail provider and used only to answer you.

Children

The app is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Because the app keeps its ledger on the device and we hold no copy, there is nothing on our side to request, correct or delete; uninstalling the app removes its data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with an updated date.
